Clearlane Enhanced Deicer

ClearLane® Enhanced Deicer is a pre-wetted deicer providing increased value over bulk deicing salt by requiring less salt usage per lane mile. In addition, ClearLane® Enhanced Deicer provides corrosion protection to user equipment by protecting exposed steel surfaces from damp salt corrosion. ClearLane® Enhanced Deicer is bulk deicing salt pre-mixed for customers with a mixture of liquid magnesium chloride, a PNS approved corrosion inhibitor and a coloring agent. The blended product is mixed with a patent pending mixing process ensuring a non-leaching product that holds all of the liquid pre-treatment. It adheres to the road surface more effectively than dry salt, minimizing loss of deicer from wind and traffic scatter, providing more efficient deicing. Depending on the conditions present at the time of application, ClearLane Enhanced Deicer may be applied at lower application rates and temperatures than regular deicing salt.
