Reaction® Snow and Ice Melter

Designed for Michigan’s Harshest Winter Conditions
Reaction® Snow and Ice Melter was developed not only to melt snow and ice faster than any other ice melter on the market but also to help prevent the build up of snow long after you move on to your next site. Reaction® specifically prevents the bond from forming between the snow / ice and the pavement longer than other ice melters. This translates into less snow and ice accumulation after application, as well as easier removal of hard packed snow from vehicle and foot traffic.
Reaction® utilizes the high-power melting action of calcium, magnesium, and sodium chloride. The patented secret ingredient lowers the effective melting temperature without causing the snow to become wet and heavy. Why put more pressure on the backs of the guys working the snow shovels? It’s hard enough to find good help! Reaction® will work well past -15°F. We have also added Vision® Blue Pattern Indicator for ease of application and an anti-tracking agent to aid in preventing this product from ending up inside the buildings.

Speedy Melt® is an economical homogenous blend created by combining high-performance liquids with screened halite crystals, utilizing cutting edge “pre-wetting" technology. To extend melt times, Speedy Melt® granules are larger than Reaction® and Professional Ice Melter®, providing you a coated, non-staining, blue ice melter that
works to 0°F.
